This fall portrait session at the George Eastman House in Rochester, NY is proof that you don't need a sunny day to get stunning family photos. It was a late fall evening — overcast, fading light, and dusk coming on faster than expected — but we made every minute count. As the natural light faded, I switched to off-camera flash to keep the session going and the results are some of my favorites. The iconic architecture and grounds of the George Eastman House gave us a polished, timeless backdrop that works beautifully in any light or season.
