Hi, I’m Erin.

A smiling woman with short blonde hair holding a camera, standing indoors against a brick and stone wall.

I’m a photographer based in Rochester, NY, a mom to three amazing kids (12, 9, and 7), and someone who knows firsthand that it can be hard to show up for yourself - to celebrate what makes you beautiful - when others depend on you. I see you, and I get it —because I’ve lived it.

Photography is where I come alive. Not just behind the lens, but in that sacred space where light, emotion, and trust collide. Whether I’m working with a high school senior who’s feeling less than confident, or an actor on the cusp who knows these headshots need to open real doors, I meet you where you are—and I do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to. My sessions are designed to make you feel seen and celebrated—never rushed or forced. Just you, unfolding naturally, beautifully, and honestly.

Before this chapter, I spent years as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, working with children and adults facing significant challenges. That work taught me how to listen deeply, read between the lines, and see past surface uncertainty. It trained me to slow down, to be methodical, and to help people make meaning out of what feels overwhelming—skills that quietly shape everything I do today.

That same instinct—to bring clarity, order, and intention to what matters most—also led me to photo organizing.

Long before it became a professional offering, I was my family’s unofficial photo archivist. I’ve personally organized decades’ worth of digital images scattered across old hard drives, phones, thumb drives, CDs, and cloud accounts—as well as boxes of printed photographs and albums passed down through generations. I’ve sorted, culled, labeled, digitized, and preserved these images with care, turning chaos into coherent, living archives.

Those efforts didn’t end with folders on a drive. They became heirloom albums, meaningful photo gifts, and custom videos set to music—projects that told real stories and made our family history accessible again, not buried or forgotten.

As a professional photographer, I bring an expert eye to this work: understanding image quality, narrative flow, emotional resonance, and what makes a collection feel intentional rather than overwhelming. As a systems-minded organizer, I bring structure, consistency, and long-term thinking—so your photos don’t just look beautiful now, but remain usable and meaningful for years to come.

At its core, photo organizing isn’t about perfection. It’s about relief. About finally knowing where your memories live. About being able to find the photo you’re thinking of without digging for hours. About preserving the everyday moments that quietly become the most important ones.

My favorite moment—whether in a portrait session or a photo-organizing project—is the same. It’s when you see what’s been created and feel that internal exhale. Not just because it looks good, but because it feels right. Because it reflects your truth. Your people. Your story.

Outside of photography, I’m a book lover, a movie-watcher, a former theater nerd, and someone who always has one ear tuned to what my kids need—even when they don’t yet have the words for it. I believe in letting people breathe. In giving them room. In showing up with a quiet kind of care that lasts.

If you’re ready for photos—and memories—that aren’t just images, but anchors… I’d be honored to work with you.
